Hilarious by nature; deadly by design!

The first cocktails of the evening, playful laughter, casual socializing in the heart of Halifax. Suddenly shots ring out! The lights go out and a piercing scream is heard. A hitman has been revealed. Was it a guest, a waiter, or worse?

Could it be an inside job? Who else is on it? Do they get their “mark” or do they get themselves shot? From that moment on, the game is afoot!

A detective arrives at the scene, scanning the room for the guilty party. Who will blurt out the truth and unveil the real culprit? Who hired the hitman? Why? Should anyone beware? Has “fun” just begun? How long has the barkeep been employed? Who else is involved? Is that your real hair colour?

COMEDY IS THE KEY INGREDIENT

Murder Mystery Dinner Theatre can be set in a dinner, lunch, tapas, or cocktail-style event. Most Halifax venues are suitable, such as the historic Alexander Keith’s Brewery, the elegant Prince George Hotel, charming waterfront restaurants, dinner cruise ships in Halifax Harbour, or even private homes, bars, or lounges. Each murder mystery event has a customized script created along with a troupe of professional actors to reveal the sinister plot.

The actors may be guests, the waiter, the bartender, or some other shady character. They start mingling incognito. That’s when all the fun begins! At any given moment, you could be talking to a murderer, a potential victim, or just an innocent bystander. But that’s all part of the fun as wild scenes sporadically erupt.

Guests can try and solve it before the actors wrap things up with the big, cataclysmic conclusion and the culprit(s) are outed.
