Murder Mystery Dinner Theatre: Seattle Style
The first cocktails of the evening, playful laughter, casual socializing. Suddenly, shots ring out! The lights go out, and a piercing scream is heard. A hitman has been revealed. Was it a guest, a waiter, or worse?
Could it be an inside job? Who else is on it? Do they get their “mark” or get themselves shot? From that moment on, the game is afoot!
A detective arrives at the scene scanning the room for the guilty party. Who will blurt the truth, and who will unveil the real culprit? Who hired the hitman? Why? Should anyone beware? Has “fun” just begun? How long has the barkeep been employed? Who else is involved? Is that your real hair color?
Comedy is the Key Ingredient
Murder Mystery Dinner Theatre can be set for dinner, lunch, tapas, or cocktail-style events. Most any venue can be made suitable, such as restaurants, dinner cruise ships, private homes, bars, or lounges. In Seattle, perfect venues include The Edgewater Hotel with its stunning waterfront views, Salty’s on Alki Beach offering a picturesque backdrop, or the historic charm of the Georgetown Ballroom.
Each murder mystery event has a customized script created along with a troupe of professional actors to reveal the diabolical plot. The actors may be guests, the waiter, the bartender, or some other shady character. They start mingling incognito. That’s when all the fun begins! At any given moment, you could be talking to a murderer, a potential victim, or just an innocent bystander. But that’s all part of the fun as wild scenes sporadically erupt.
Guests can try to solve it before the actors wrap things up with the big, cataclysmic conclusion and the culprit(s) are revealed.
The plot thickens…
“Everyone had a fantastic time and could not stop talking about the great time and non-stop laughs they had during the murder mystery. All of the actors were top notch and we would most definitely recommend Slixer and will most certainly book other events in the future.
Cheers!”
